Add the same license line to the README file on github.
Set the trademark macro once as a prolog to all RST files. Reduces the
possibility of error by removing the requirement for the trademark macro
within every RST.
Crop the how-to screenshots to focus attention on the PuTTY window
tasks. Consolidate text around a single screenshot 02. Add hot links to
PuTTY and Notepad++.
