bugfix: Correct section reference 10(e) should be 7(e) when referring to the section that grants the additional terms permission in GPL.

In accordance with the permissions granted under section 7(e) of

Amateur Radio Emergency Data Network (AREDN(TM)) sanctioned builds.
Permission is not granted to use the AREDN(TM) marks for any build
that has been modified from official source channels.
