Make sure we definately have wifi setup (#1588) 
The wifi interface was getting lost during setup, so we make sure
its there.
This is a workaround for an unknown root cause.

Fix memory corruption when changing xlinks. (#1567) 
Modifying uci data while iterating over it was causing memory corruption
and crashing the uci interpreter and web server. Avoid this by iterating
the data we need first, then doing the modifications.

Any specific escaping needs to take place in context. This just
stops them becoming a problem.

Fix NTP problems. (#1457) 
Bug: Changing the NTP setting in the new UI did nothing. Now it does.
Feature: Add 'continually' mode which is traditional always running NTP.
 Dont use on nodes with limited RAM.

Manage lock clash when reinstalling packages. (#1432) 
The UI uses opkg to check package status which can cause a lock clash
if the reinstall script is running. Retry opkg commands in the script
if this happens, and also avoid reading package status in the UI until
the reinstall is complete.
