JSON is processed as if it were JavaScript.
I have tested it (see examples/simple-jsbeautifyrc/test.json)
and it works as expected and supports comments!

Issue #5 is fixed by using the proper package name,
issue #2 is fixed by using the same configuration collection mechanism
as in jsbeautify.
