Since it is quite complex, I am not quite sure whether there would be any regression, if any, I will fix in first time. wxiaoguang	90d20be541	Refactor issue filter (labels, poster, assignee) (#32771) ... Rewrite a lot of legacy strange code, remove duplicate code, remove jquery, and make these filters reusable.
