Fix #28157 Backport #28691 This PR fix the possible bugs about actions schedule. - Move `UpdateRepositoryUnit` and `SetRepoDefaultBranch` from models to service layer - Remove schedules plan from database and cancel waiting & running schedules tasks in this repository when actions unit has been disabled or global disabled. - Remove schedules plan from database and cancel waiting & running schedules tasks in this repository when default branch changed.	2024-01-14 23:54:22 +01:00
JakobDev	76659b1114	Reduce usage of `db.DefaultContext` (#27073) ... Part of #27065 This reduces the usage of `db.DefaultContext`. I think I've got enough files for the first PR. When this is merged, I will continue working on this. Nanguan Lin	cda97a7253	Update status and code index after changing the default branch (#27018) ... Fix #26723 Add `ChangeDefaultBranch` to the `notifier` interface and implement it in `indexerNotifier`.
