modern-gtk2: Use Gtk::MenuItem::unset_submenu() (!17) 

Gtk::MenuItem::remove_submenu() was deprecated in gtkmm 2.12.  Replace
with Gtk::MenuItem::unset_submenu() introduced in gtkmm 2.22.
