Use Glib::build_path() to simplify remove_non_empty_lvm2_pv_dialog()

Simplify code in Win_GParted::remove_non_empty_lvm2_pv_dialog() by
replacing open coded concatenation of a vector of strings using a new
line separator with a call to Glib::build_path().
