Update __version__ on __init__.py to 0.7.0 (#2017)
There was a new release of the python client with version upped to 0.7.0
on pip and on the pyproject.toml, but it wasn't changed on the
__init__.py so when one does:

```python
import text_generation
print(text_generation.__version__)
```

It still outputs "0.6.0"

# What does this PR do?

<!--
Congratulations! You've made it this far! You're not quite done yet
though.

Once merged, your PR is going to appear in the release notes with the
title you set, so make sure it's a great title that fully reflects the
extent of your awesome contribution.

Then, please replace this with a description of the change and which
issue is fixed (if applicable). Please also include relevant motivation
and context. List any dependencies (if any) that are required for this
change.

Once you're done, someone will review your PR shortly (see the section
"Who can review?" below to tag some potential reviewers). They may
suggest changes to make the code even better. If no one reviewed your PR
after a week has passed, don't hesitate to post a new comment
@-mentioning the same persons---sometimes notifications get lost.

Text Generation

The Hugging Face Text Generation Python library provides a convenient way of interfacing with a text-generation-inference instance running on Hugging Face Inference Endpoints or on the Hugging Face Hub.

Get Started

Install

pip install text-generation

Inference API Usage

from text_generation import InferenceAPIClient

client = InferenceAPIClient("bigscience/bloomz")
text = client.generate("Why is the sky blue?").generated_text
print(text)
# ' Rayleigh scattering'

# Token Streaming
text = ""
for response in client.generate_stream("Why is the sky blue?"):
    if not response.token.special:
        text += response.token.text

print(text)
# ' Rayleigh scattering'

or with the asynchronous client:

from text_generation import InferenceAPIAsyncClient

client = InferenceAPIAsyncClient("bigscience/bloomz")
response = await client.generate("Why is the sky blue?")
print(response.generated_text)
# ' Rayleigh scattering'

# Token Streaming
text = ""
async for response in client.generate_stream("Why is the sky blue?"):
    if not response.token.special:
        text += response.token.text

print(text)
# ' Rayleigh scattering'

Check all currently deployed models on the Huggingface Inference API with Text Generation support:

from text_generation.inference_api import deployed_models

print(deployed_models())

Hugging Face Inference Endpoint usage

from text_generation import Client

endpoint_url = "https://YOUR_ENDPOINT.endpoints.huggingface.cloud"

client = Client(endpoint_url)
text = client.generate("Why is the sky blue?").generated_text
print(text)
# ' Rayleigh scattering'

# Token Streaming
text = ""
for response in client.generate_stream("Why is the sky blue?"):
    if not response.token.special:
        text += response.token.text

print(text)
# ' Rayleigh scattering'

or with the asynchronous client:

from text_generation import AsyncClient

endpoint_url = "https://YOUR_ENDPOINT.endpoints.huggingface.cloud"

client = AsyncClient(endpoint_url)
response = await client.generate("Why is the sky blue?")
print(response.generated_text)
# ' Rayleigh scattering'

# Token Streaming
text = ""
async for response in client.generate_stream("Why is the sky blue?"):
    if not response.token.special:
        text += response.token.text

print(text)
# ' Rayleigh scattering'
