Correctly mention previous copyright (#16820) 
During the migration the automated script to update the copyright
headers accidentally got rid of some of the existing copyright lines.
Reinstate them.

Add helper class for testing request cancellation (#12630) 
Also expose the `SynapseRequest` from `FakeChannel` in tests, so that
we can call `Request.connectionLost` to simulate a client disconnecting.
