added LANG=C to the commands which read the used space of a filesystem. 

* src/ext2.cc,
  src/ext3.cc,
  src/ntfs.cc,
  src/reiserfs.cc: added LANG=C to the commands which read the used space of a filesystem. This prevent errors with some locales.
