Generally no, uBO does not serve as parental controls extension and doesn't support password protection.
However, you can make uBO setup bit more strict by administrative policies: Wiki: Deploying uBlock Origin: configuration
Most of related issues/discussions/feature requests to implement such functionality have been declined over years, with a headline message: "that it should be handled by separate dedicated tools":
- (03.2018) How to block/password protect the Popup Interface
- (09.2018) Password-protect changes to My Rules, etc.
- (12.2018) how to restrict changing config?
- (06.2020) Ask authentication before enabling allow temporarirly.
- (01.2021) Is it possible to add some kind of password protection?
- (04.2023) Can hide blocking page
- (06.2024) Proceed button should not be allowed
Hence there is no point in spamming the issue tracker by creating new duplicates over and over, discussion and sharing opinions should be continued in already existing threads, new threads will be labeled as invalid
or duplicate
and closed.
