The noop
rule action means that network requests are not filtered through dynamic filtering but are through static filtering (EasyList, EasyPrivacy, etc.).
The rules below can be cut and pasted into the Temporary rules section of the My rules pane in the dashboard and then Commited to be permanent. (Duplicate rules are removed. You can safely append them at the end of your existing list.)
