* deleted incorrect properties (eol-style:native, svn:eol-syle, eol-style, Id, ...)
* deleted svn:externals property in extensions/HeaderTabs instead of having an empty value
* Seems I forgot to commit extensions/Storyboard/images/storyboard-loader.gif in r84100
