Chris 0ea7920c20 Safari: block programmatic image requests, more thorough XHR 
Currently, this is done the same way we block XMLHttpRequests: mess
with the constructor. This was done in the most efficient way I
could think of (overhead is relatively minimal). This also
injects uBlock's blocking interceptor earlier, thusly covering
more requests that may have slipped through before.

with the constructor. This was done in the most efficient way I
could think of (overhead is relatively minimal). This also
injects uBlock's blocking interceptor earlier, thusly covering
more requests that may have slipped through before.

Deathamns 7dd60738c1 Save mouse position only in top document 
... for the element picker. This way, right click/block element in an
iframe won't select the wrong element in the top document. Instead, it
will allow the user to pick the element manually.
